Harmony Music School Fees and Timing:
- Registration Fee: A one-time fee of $35 for the first student and $20 for each additional family member.
- Private Lessons: Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month for the number of lessons in that month. Tuition is not prorated for missed classes.
- Group Lessons: Semester-based programs running from January to May and August to December. Once enrolled, students are financially committed to finish the course; no credits or make-up lessons are offered for missed classes.
- Payment Methods: Online credit card payments are subject to a 3.2% convenience fee. Online bank transfer payments are free.
- Late Fees: A $30 late fee applies if tuition payment is not received on the 1st day of the month.
- Returned Check Fee: A $30 fee applies for any returned checks, in addition to any additional bank charges incurred.
- Make-Up Lessons: Available for missed private lessons if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No make-up lessons are offered for missed group lessons.
